Economic analysis of new rural cooperative medical service financing model based on environment perspective

The purpose of this paper is to continuously improve health security benefit China’s New Rural Cooperative Medical System (CNRCMS). In the light consumer’s choice theory and life-cycle theory, from perspective cost, efficiency utility, analyses effects typical financing models in different environments. results show that environmental conditions are significantly related adaptability rural social economic development level fund-raising model. conclusion improving environment establishing multiple insurance mode great significance reduce cost status CNRCMS.
